Abstract

Pendidikan berkelanjutan bagi perawat merupakan elemen krusial dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan kompetensi profesional mereka, yang pada gilirannya berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pendidikan berkelanjutan yang mengintegrasikan metode e-learning dan pelatihan konvensional dalam meningkatkan kompetensi perawat serta kepuasan perawat dan pasien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, melibatkan seluruh populasi perawat di lokasi penelitian sebanyak 48 responden. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang telah divalidasi dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,85. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test dan Chi-Square untuk menguji signifikansi temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan perawat setelah mengikuti program pendidikan berkelanjutan, dengan skor rata-rata meningkat dari 65,2 pada pretest menjadi 84,5 pada posttest (p < 0,05). Selain itu, kepuasan perawat terhadap program pendidikan meningkat hingga 96%, dan kepuasan pasien terhadap mutu pelayanan keperawatan meningkat menjadi 55% (p < 0,05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi e-learning dan metode pendidikan tradisional efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi perawat serta meningkatkan kepuasan perawat dan pasien. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan e-learning sebagai bagian integral dari program pendidikan berkelanjutan dan menyarankan pengembangan kebijakan yang mendukung akses universal terhadap pendidikan ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan secara nasional.

 

Continuing education for nurses is a critical element in maintaining and enhancing their professional competencies, which in turn impacts the quality of healthcare services. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a continuing education program that integrates e-learning and conventional training methods in improving nurses' competencies, as well as nurse and patient satisfaction. The research employed an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach, involving the entire population of nurses at the study site, totaling 48 respondents. The research instrument consisted of a validated questionnaire with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.85. Data analysis was conducted using Paired Sample T-Test and Chi-Square tests to assess the significance of the findings. The results indicated a significant increase in nurses' knowledge post-intervention, with mean scores rising from 65.2 in the pretest to 84.5 in the posttest (p < 0.05). Additionally, nurse satisfaction with the education program increased to 96%, and patient satisfaction with the quality of nursing care rose to 55% (p < 0.05). These findings suggest that the integration of e-learning and traditional education methods is effective in enhancing nurses' competencies and increasing satisfaction among both nurses and patients. The study recommends the implementation of e-learning as an integral component of continuing education programs and advocates for the development of policies that support universal access to such education to improve the overall quality of national healthcare services.
